Angela Deininger-Schrader war elf Jahre alt, als sie mit der Transzendentalen Meditation begann. Seit 1982 praktiziert sie zusätzlich die TM-Sidhi-Techniken. Im März 2026 schloss sie ihre Ausbildung zur Lehrerin für Transzendentale Meditation erfolgreich ab und gibt seitdem ihr Wissen im TM-Center Lübeck und auch im TM-Center Hamburg weiter. „Ich freue mich sehr auf meine Aufgaben als TM-Lehrerin“, sagt die beruflich vielseitig erfahrene langjährige Meditierende. Ihr ursprünglicher Beruf ist Schauspielerin. Später war sie als Regisseurin tätig. 2002 startete sie hauptberuflich als Yogalehrerin.
